Hotel information

Only 3 minutes per foot and you are at biggest market place of Northern Germany and the centre of the old Hanseatic city Wismar. In February 1993 we opened our City Partner Hotel Alter Speicher with an eye on details. We reconstructed a Hanseatic gable house with a charming and luxurious ambience of the gallery restaurant, the historic wine- and beer cellar, bar, fireplace lounge, rooms for banquets and conferences, sauna and a corner for children.

Food & Beverage

The City Partner Hotel Alter Speicher belongs to the upper gastronomy of Wismar. In cosy designed rooms with brass, natural wood, granite, exclusive materials, dinnerware and furniture we spoil the eye of the epicure. Here you can enjoy the new cuisine of Mecklenburg.

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person.

Booking Terms

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 27.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
